I think MOS should've been a true origins movie and focus on his struggle to be accepted by society. From outcast to hero. Allow me.

Everything after Krypton felt rushed. They skipped through his maturation and hit you with flashbacks.
Poor character development.
Plot holes out the ass.
The main villain didn't get enough screen time.
The ending was anticlimactic
Other than the two fight scenes and the Krypton scenes I just wasn't feeling it.
The guy playing Superman had no personality and his acting was meh at best.


Visually the movie gets a A+ but the plot and over all story left me wanting more. This could've been broken down into two movies.

mos, was about as perfect a retelling of supes origin story as could have possibly been made.
it totally eliminated the campiness of supes.
finally explained to a general audience.
how and what the fukk the s on his chest meant.
his start at the planet.
his real romance as supes with Lois like he was a man.
Lois being a star reporter, who was not olive oil.
this was the best Lois you were going to get on film.
this was the best setup to Lois and Clark, on film ever.
you got to see exactly why and how in the fukk krypton exploded and why they did not flee beforehand.
you get to see why zod was sent to the phantom zone.
intro and absolute elimination of the phantom zone, as t should be.
how supes learned to fly.
why supes body adapts to earth.
plus, the setup of other kryptonians adjustment to the atmosphere and super powers.
real super hero vs the villain fights and superman saying fukk this shyt finally and merc'n a nikka.
villains visits supes momma crib and supes beats that ass for violating.
the re-intro of the bytch with zod.
who you can say is the best auxilliary henchmen of all time in a comic book movie, EVER.
Plus, it explained just why was this bytch so badass in two incarnations of superman films.
the government and their awareness of supes done right.

I just don't get how anyone could say mos was wack.
I don't like dc and can't fukking stand fukkin' superman.

I have hope. I think it will function as proto-Justice League movie where Superman is the main character. I think that setup could work. Gotta remember they're shooting two movies at once, so we might not see too much of the justice league in BvS. It wouldn't be much different from Superman interacting with other heroes in his own book.

It isn't about lacking faith in a Man of Steel sequel, its about WB wanting to fast track the Justice League and do some cinematic world building so they can start making money off of more than just Batman and Superman.
Once they get that done they will make more Superman movies and Batman movies with Affleck and a movie for that skinny broad as Wonder Woman. and so one and so forth with other JL members.

This..... WB just sees what Marvel is doing with their universe and they wanna cash in sooner rather than later. They don't wanna put out their 1st team up movie when Avenger phase 4 is starting and loose further ground and momentum they wanna drop it now!!

And I can't really blame them. I'm not sure at this point I'd wanna wait like 7 more years for them to drop a new JL movie after attempting to drop a Batman, a Flash, and MOS 2, and WW, and another GL.

I'm on board for now..... Can't wait to see a trailer

So you wanted a movie with no villains or action and just Superman wandering around for 2.5 hours doing some soul searching?

Homie is right they shouldve done a real reboot. I woulda liked to see Clark breaking headboards while fukin bytches as a young adult...i woulda liked to see clark punch a hole thru a couple bullys chest and beat them so severly maybe he has to go to court about it....show em chasin down lowley car thieves and bringing a sledgehammer down on ants and maybe goin a little too far for just a car thief....i wouldnt have even minded him being in thea military fukking up tanks and shyt and learning his discipline and good guyto ways from there....id basically like to see them do superman as a less fukked up Hancock kinda...i know comic fans wouldnt go for sups bein a alchoholic drug abusing womanizer....but it would have been cool to see his teenage years and how maybe thru mistakes he made decided he had to be a boyscout....i dont wanna hear he's always been that powerful and always had self control to use his powers for good even as a youngin...at least make em flip some cows....if superman can kill zod he coulda killed sumbody earlier in the movie like that trucker,and then regreted it and not killed zod in that anticlimatic azz way.
