Your brother hired a crappy wedding photographer then. Eyes closed a proper photographer would have a camera that would take a bunch of continuous shots and would cull the ones where the eyes were closed

Bridezellas and those types are almost never satisfied with the wedding photography. Easiest thing to hate on because it relies solely on their own subjectivity. I bet if OP posted examples, most of us would be like, what's wrong with these photos? Meanwhile they'll gloss over the fact that they skimped on the photo budget to begin with, as if you don't get entirely what you pay for.

Nah, from what you post you do a lot of small intimate weddings. You're usually the solo shooter and they don't look to be over 4 hour gigs.

Yeah most of my weddings are small as hell and I just usually do ceremony.

I agree lenses aren't cheap. I'm about to cop that canon r7 and its going to cost me over 2 grand Canadian
