Everyone knows there were multiple Matrixes. What makes you think “don’t get that”. You trying too hard. Scenes weren’t wack because the matrix made it wack. It was wack because the movie was wack. Merv and his crew were always older than the Matrix. Plenty of programs predated the matrix in the original movies. Stop caping.

This is one of those love hate movies. I liked that they basically made fun of themselves throughout the movie. That right there pretty much showed me they were just having fun out there for what it was it was fine. Good action scenes was all I cared about.

Parodies are fine when people do them about you, not when you do it to yourself. That's like giving yourself a roast.

Those lazy cliche things do and it's not the story of Jesus, it's just one thing Jesus did, The Matrix isn't the first movie to have a savior character or chosen one, and coming back fro th dead is a trope that has been used countless times

The first Martix plended CGI with real effects and stunts, that's why it still looks good, the sequels look horrible because the CGI has aged bad

The fight with Smith in the subway is still the best fight in the entire series, the lobby gun fight is still the best action scene in the series

Morpheus and Neo's fight, and Morpheus jumping across buildings are still the iconic images of the film

The burly brawl looks ridiculous now, videogames have better graphics than that shyt not even cutscenes but the actually game now

Revolutions was a horrible movie and every was disappointed when they went to see that shyt, they did the kill bill split one movie into two, all that shyt should've been edited down, that's why they came out basically the same year, the movie was terrible

Without the hong kong team doing the wire work the fight scene are trash, they thought they could replace it with CGI, but it's not the same effect that's why the first one is the best

Burly brawl is one of the greatest fight scenes of all time trash CGI (which was amazing at the time) or not

Acting as though things don't age is the dumbest shyt ever

They'll be rebooting it in 10 years anyways.
Another series of films where the 1st one is the only good entry.......shame.

Yeah I don't get this revisionist "the sequels sucked" talk. People weren't actling like that when they were out. And to me none of them were great movies, but they were enjoyable.

Matrix 2 really only ever got love for having a GOAT chase scene and decent action. Outside of that nikkas been saying it was under par since 2004. And I know this because I've been defending Matrix 2 for YEARS
