Don't some cardio but don't over do it. Make sure you hit up that core regularly and you'll be fine. I work out six times a week with only 3 of those days dedicated to cardio and lower body. The other 3 Ill do upper body with only 10 minute cardio to warmup. I work on my core everyday. Make sure you get some protein with every meal

I do no more than 45 mins of cardio

How many days of upper body lifting should I do?
