If your a sunny california or florida kinda dude it might get you down. I don't really find it as bad as people say. You get sun during the other seasons, you just get more cloudy gray days than other places.

North East been a sauna since May. Streetcars packed to the brim with no A/C. Musty as fukk. Help!

Yeah, it's not that much different from NYC. Just more cloudy days but WAY milder winter. Winter is like 50's.

Weather in the Eastern half of the US sucks in general. It's either too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. Either way, I'm still out here walking in the 93 degree Heat in the middle of the day. Today was my off day from work, and I walked to the bball court and shot around for 3 and half hrs straight. From 1PM to 4:30PM and I live in The South.

But yeah, overall weather East of the Mississippi River sucks. Having four distinct seasons is overrated as hell. All it means is you get the worst of both worlds. You get a hot and humid sub-tropical summer filled with downpours and unbearable humidity, than you get winters with weather dipping into the teens with Ice and Snow, and road closings and crap like that.

I've been meaning to tan to get my skin even again and this weather is perfect for it.

Also, we need to talk about the severe thunderstorms that are popping up out of nowhere on a frequent basis thanks to this heat.
On top of that, has anybody noticed how we really don't have a spring and fall anymore? It's just a cycle of extreme summer ---> extreme winter ---> extreme summer and on and on.
Real curious to see what the weather will be like by 2050.
