It's funny because these guys were so influential and they don't get enough credit. All of them were amazing but Aceyalone is one of my favorite West Coast rappers of all time.

I was saying Odd Future also based their template of them.

I might still have a copy of Inner City Griots in the attic.

In 93-4 they were way ahead of the time.

Off the top freestyles along with incorporating melody and harmony in their rhymes - basically predated what was to come of hip hop.

If they came up in Atlanta in 2010, with more a southern sound and production, would they be super stars today?

Organized Konfusion's "Stress" was a spinoff of the Fellowship style.

That album is a good indication of what the Fellowship could have done with a little more studio polish.
