Russy is a good leader on the floor. I like how he keeps his guys focused and level headed.

I'm a Westbrook stan but it doesn't take much to be a "leader" in the NBA. All you gotta be is someone who is dominant on the team in a stat like scoring, assists, or rebounding.

That is not at all what I meant. If thats the case, Joe Johnson was the leader of the Hawks or Danny Granger was the leader of the Pacers when he was their best player. Neither of them were.

When I say Russ is a leader, I mean by his interactions with his squad. Watch him telling his players to "think," everytime tempers flare, with players or the refs. When calls don't go his way, he's getting back on D and not complaining about not getting a call. He's actually orchestrating the offense on the floor and getting everybody involved, even DJ Augustin and Singler who just got there and McGary who's a rookie. He's giving these guys confidence and pride to be on his squad and they respect him. That's how I see it.
