Steam or Stream? You spelled it both ways in the OP. STEAM in its simplest form is a store for PC games. They have a ton of great sales year round. Its been branching out a lot though with GameStop marketing steam boxes and the controller and all that.

Its free download. Check it out. They have free games on there too from time to time. Once you start using it and get a few games in there you'll see how dope it is. It keeps everything together for you in one spot. Great for gaming on the go too if you have a laptop.

do you download the game or do you play the games through the actual site?
I'm not a huge PC gamer so I don't know EVERYTHING about it. I would imagine today you could stream the game. I only have a few steam games and those are downloaded onto my Mac. I really only play Star Craft and hearthstone. Those games are both through blizzard which is a separate service from steam. It works similar in that you buy the game, and open the app to see all your games, then you pick the game and play it.
I love steam. You download the game and play it from your computer. There is no streaming of games
I thought they would have had that by now for some games. Its dope regardless.
