Asking people for money when you're able bodied is some disrespectful shyt idc

That also goes for parents who dig in they kids pockets and vice versa

Get UP
Get out and get SOMETHING

It is legal to earn money 7 days per week 365

If all the money was split evenly it would absolutely return to the go-getters

The only place you will find success BEFORE work is in the dictionary

Get to work muffuka

I was always told you either help or you don’t. No point in worrying about what they do with the money. You gave from the kindness of your heart, you did your part. What they do after is on them.
This is true, to a certain extent. Still, that does not mean you allow yourself to be a sucker while helping. You are allowed to determine if what you are being told is the truth or not, and make an informed decision on whether you give or not.

Taking the time to ask a few questions and conducting some research, especially when the request is made online, is not only acceptable but also prudent.

I get what you saying but sometimes you might need a small loan to get up and get something.

i.e. you just started a new job and need gas until your first check
need emergency health care/dental work

if it was as simple as just get something, things like r/borrow wouldn't exist

THAT'S ENOUGH. WE REALLY APPRECIATE Y'ALL MAN KUZ THAT shyt WASN'T GOING HAPPEN WITHOUT YOUR HELP.

And I won't forget what y'all telling me whether I thought it was kinda rough or not. One of my patnas told me some of the same things today.

Totals
GoFundMe - 720.00
Cashapp - 120.00

I love y'all for helping and also for yelling at me

I really need some assistance y'all.

So I recently got fired from my job at the top of the year. Changes in management eventually led to a bunch of condescending a$$holes that don't respect anybody being directly over my department and I just happened to be the last black person left. I know they felt some sort of way kuz everybody fukked with me, but that didn't help the situation with them guys in charge.

My wife and I had just got situated with how we should be budgeting. We both liked to just buy shyt because we never really had anything. We thought we were about to get caught up on rent, having December and half of January before the first, but then they wanted both months together. That was fine until they fired me in the 2nd week of the year. I was sick instantly.

What we had saved pretty much went to finding an extended stay to stay at, but at ~500/week that was her whole paycheck. Car ended up getting repossessed. I had a hard time looking for a job and didn't really have any experience looking since I always got put on by somebody else. When I thought I finally got set up with something to help get back on track, I go through the whole process and start orientation and have to get pulled out on the second day since my license was expired. Definitely my fault. When I got in at my last job I was already in the system from a previous time frame so I hadn't thought about renewing as a priority. Pretty much just going to work and coming home everyday, and running errands when needed.

I originally wanted to renew on my birthday kuz the original issue date was on my birthday but I had a failure to appear from the pandemic so I couldn't do it online. Some expense I don't remember came up and the extra money that I could have used to pay that off was gone. It's embarrassing but I would think about it occasionally and eventually forget again.

Here we are now. I went and got a new regular ID, got back in contact with HR at the place I started orientation at (Sysco), and they're working on putting me back in the system. We're thinking everything will be fine since the motel people came down about 25% over the time we've been here which had made it much more manageable. And today Wifey comes home and tells me she spoke to the front desk about the next week payment and they say they've been making changes (we've noticed new staff faces recently) with that, changed the payment process and price to back right the fukk at where it was when we came over here. No notice, but I assume it's written somewhere that they can change prices whenever they feel.

We don't have anything to put towards such an increase in price. We don't have anywhere to go. We have 3 cats and I don't want to part with them even though one is a complete a$$hole only to me. Wife is talking about quitting life man. I already took out whatever loans I could just so we could have food and gas before the car got repo'd. Pretty sure my credit is completely burnt by now.

I really don't want to be homeless. I don't want to lose my wife or these damn cats. If you all could pitch in whatever you feel comfortable with kuz I know mfs hit y'all with the Okey doke before. I know it's a lot but 6-700 altogether might have us good til Sysco get me all the way back on the clock.

And y'all go ahead and clown me, call me a dumbass, shytty husband, horrible cat dad, broke ass nikka etc i get it. I didn't have any foresight to plan for anything like this happening and I don't think I acted as much as I could have. I learned now but now might be too late.

Might sound pathetic to say but the coli is all I have left to ask. Most my friends don't have much but they got family homes or just more financially stable relationships so they don't really have to have much.

Anyway if you're willing to help us out, my cashapp is $KBtheKey

I don't have a gofundme. I asked her about it, but she say she don't want that on the internet so this is the closest I can get**

BTW obviously I can't rush nobody to help, but they want 250 today at least. To cover the week we were in the middle of paying through plus a single day.

Going on irresponsible spending sprees with your wife when you are low on funds because "well we never had shyt and we like to spend" is down right diabolical
