My sister lives in Austin and I thought about
relocating to Austin myself in October.
relocating to Austin myself in October.
Yes, I live here in Denver, Colorado close to I-25 and Colorado Blvd. 80222!
thanks for the breakdownBeen living in Dallas but originally from Austin and visited Houston all the time. Let me break it down.
WOMEN
Austin
In Austin you will get a pretty diverse size. I would say majority would be Hispanic & Asian not by a lot though. You won't find an abundance of IG models walking around, not that kind of city. Between the 3 cities this is where you will find the most Liberal educated though. Might see a dime occasionally. Women are pretty easy to talk to.
Dallas
Dominated by black women. And you will see a lot of MILFs. Hair stylist & and a lot of semi-professional Models (not those IG thots). Quite a bit of ratchet women in certain areas, you know the ones with blue & red hair. Kind of hard to find a perfect dime. Either they have a gorgeous face with a so so body, or a stripper's body with a manageable face.
Houston
What I call "Baby Atlanta". 2nd home of the IG Models/thots. You might be at Wal-Mart and catch one there. They are in abundance. Unbelievably diverse. A lot of mixed and exotic chicks walking around. Women are just beautiful from head to toe. A lot of crazy women though. Young college girls from all over too. (Rice, UH, PV, TSU etc..)
NIGHTLIFE
Austin
Not really the best for it. When you ask anybody from Austin the first thing they will tell you is 6th street. That's really where people go to get into stuff. Of course you have SXSW
Dallas
Not really for the young crowd. More Grown & Sexy vibe. Lounges and bars really. If you are not paying attention and go to the wrong club expect something to pop off. Good thing the DFW is zoned, so if you want to be hood there are areas for that, but if you want to avoid it all, there are areas for that too. Look out for major events jumping off. Strip clubs are good. You have basic ones and butt ass naked ones too. Downtown has that 2nd rate Times Square vibe.
Houston
It's pretty lit as expected. Clubs, strip clubs, restaurants everything. Rappers, ballers, actors, everybody comes down. More for the younger crowd as opposed to Dallas. You will have a good time.
LIVING/CRIME
Austin
Kinda Affordable. Used to be really affordable 10 years ago, but now Austin is growing/improving so things are going up. Crime is not that big of an issue. Might hear about a robbery here and there. Not a killing field. If you are in a decent area you won't have to worry. Pretty decent weather never too cold, never too hot. Bad traffic as of late.
Dallas
Entire DFW is zoned. Pretty much anything above I30 & I20 are really safe. Northern suburbs are safe almost virtually no crime (Frisco, McKinney, Plano etc..) Be careful near Oak Cliff, Pleasant Grove, South Dallas, Balch Springs etc.. you are liable to get shot and killed out there no joke. Cost of living is decent. Safer the area the more expensive obviously. Winters are colder and Summers are hot as fukk! Dry heat is ridiculous. Traffic is not really a problem. There are literally 100 Highways
Houston
My God! You can literally get robbed anywhere. No zoning at all. You could pay $1500/month for a nice apartment and live in a nice area, get in your car and drive for 3 minutes and you are in the hood. Safest place to live might be Medical Center. Houston you probably won't get killed, but definitely robbed. Cost of living is the best no doubt. Worst weather of all 3. The humidity will make you want to kill yourself & you could get hit by a hurricane. Water tastes like there is pure animal piss in it. Get a filter. Traffic sucks.
Yeah I heard there was still sundown towns on the outskirts of Chi or some shyt...but yeah that's dope man all you said about the T is pretty much accurate. Post some of your videos when you get the chance
are there any medical schools? that have radiology. whats the best place to meet people, im guessing 6th street.I live in Austin and have for a very long time. I pretty much know everything there is to know about it. What do you need to know?
You just wanna know about it or have specific questions?
I'm from Oak Cliff, it's not that bad lol. But I will say this, Hispanics are HEAVY in south Dallas. They're doing numbers in Dallas period. Thinking of moving to either Houston or out of Texas.Been living in Dallas but originally from Austin and visited Houston all the time. Let me break it down.

In Denver, Colorado or the Colorado Blvd. and I-25 area (specifically)?Interesting. How long you been out there?
In Denver, Colorado or the Colorado Blvd. and I-25 area (specifically)?
What is it like to live in Denver?I heard Denver, Colorado is a better place to live than Dallas, Texas from a reputable source. Perhaps this might be of benefit to y'all.
This is a lie.

It depends on the type of person you are. Either you can be miserable or really happy. What is it like to live in Denver?
