The common denominator with all the alpha/pill/HVM/etc shyt is fatherlessness. These dudes, many of them who are white, did not have fathers in their lives. They grew up with their mothers, often struggling, and for whatever reason blame that failure on her instead of the father who abandoned them. Their brand of misogyny has no real historical comparison in the last 70 years if not longer. Even the most "toxic" men of the 1950s wouldn't agree that women are worthless after a certain age or that marriage is for suckers or that you should leave your wife when she turns 40. Basically it's just a bunch of confused anger posing as masculinity when in reality it's just a bunch of hurt losers who never got held by daddy.

There may be a conversation to be had about what human captivity looks like. Outside of the obvious.So I'm gonna dap but the whole Alpha thing was ironically about wolves in captivity. So one could argue about modern human relationships following a paradigm of being under a form of captivity but I digress.
