Then you won't need to be a c00n or anything to be successful. Usually those types of people are covering because they don't have the intellect and education. Just be you and when the time is right you'll be fine

I've worked around nothing but ass kissers, cacs, and c00ns since I graduated from college a few years ago. When you know your stuff, they will get intimidated. I have been monitored and watched in several positions and it never stops. I'm always professional but the cycle is neverending. It takes a toll on you when you have to deal with the bs everyday for years.

I said this before on here, about 1 month before I graduated from my hbcu; my mentor sat me down and told me "you go through the front door and not the back door." When you go through the front door; your going to get disrespected like a motherfukker, but you keep on moving and staying calm. You can send shots back also. They say the same about me because I don't take lunches with certain groups of people. I bring my lunch everyday because it saves money I'm not spending 5-10 dollars a day eating out
. At the end of the day as long as you're performing your job, good attendance, and respectful to the company then thats all that matter. I don't play those friend games with people.
