I think it depends on the kind of person you are and sometimes that one is just there. A lot of people aren't even trying to settle down during that time.

I found someone special in college but not the one. I have seen people meet in college and stay together though.

No such thing as the "perfect one" in my book. It depends on the girl and the level of interest she shows you. It's not impossible at all, but all I'm saying is judge her by her actions not by her looks only. It's not impossible to find the perfect one.
