we have a lane right on queens blvd that's the same way where you can turn right on red. You dont need to signal!!!

man i make sure my seatbelt on cops always looking for any reason for the bullshyt
Hmm that light looks like you can turn right or keep straight. I personally would use my signal since technically a car behind you would not know that you were turning if you didn’t. But if it’s a right turn only, then yeah it’s bullshyt.yeah thats not making any sense to me either
I got stopped for that same reason before and told him it’s left turn only lane so I shouldn’t need a signal. I didn’t know if it’s required to despite that but I always thought it wasn’t. Cop didn’t give me a ticket because I don’t think he knew if I was required to either. Plus he didn’t realize it was a left turn only lane so he just said

its right before the gas station i mean the little partition right there. accidents has happened right there if people went straight and not paid attention
