She has some of the worst looking offense anybody can have, but she has always been booked as smart, cunning, and dominant, despite multiple injuries and concussions from simply breathing.

I was at MITB when she interfered in the Nia and Ronda match, took both of them out and then pinned Nia after hitting her with the weak ass splash.

Even if she was hitting them with the briefcase, her little ass isn't putting that much strength behind it.

I had the the entire sequence.

And the issue with her booking is like you said, want to make her the little weasel type that cheats to win because she can't do much physically? Cool.

But they have her doing that AND giving people work.

In retrospect, it was practically character assassination. Imagine if that was every fictional character after taking a heavy loss.

Superman doesn't feel super anymore and is just 'Man' now.


Avengers don't feel like avenging anyone or anything.

Goku doesn't feel like a fighter anymore and becomes a weak, devoted husband and father.

The match itself was fine. It was after the match that was a complete travesty. Asuka's catchphrase was no one is ready for Asuka. She then bows down to Charlotte and says she was ready for Asuka. It was a complete neutering of the character. One she hasn't recovered from in two years.

It kind of proves Cripple H is still a joke...he built her up and let her be presented different. He blames it on Vince but if he wants someone to stand out, they will.

I was actually referring to this promo where they had Sasha commit character suicide after losing to Charlotte at Roadblock, included in the match was some of the dumbest booking I’ve ever seen, Sasha was leading Ironman match with about 10 seconds left and then Charlotte slapped the figured 8 on her and she tapped with one second left to send it to overtime in which Charlotte won



As far as the Asuka/Charlotte match, it was one of the better matches at WM 34 but they killed Asuka’s buzz for a meaningless Charlotte reign.

I hit play then I instantly backed out of it cause I remember the second hand embarrassment I got when she destroyed her own character like that. It was embarrassing.
