I've been posting on forums long enough to remember 'Ether' and 'Takeover', Jadakiss/Beanie Sigel...whatever, but for events and songs that predate that, i'd bet you find the results more polarizing then we think. Look at how some songs and albums are received on here, i can see people saying 'Victory' will never play in a club, or some asinine critique along those lines...or 'Ruff Ryders Anthem' isn't lyrical enough...lol

When Takeover dropped, over on :hamster: everyone knew Jay slaughtered naS and Punching Bag P. Then something happened. nikkaz got tired of Jay winnin so much and a lot of nikkaz grew vaginas and acted like naS won.

Hell, I remember shyt goin back to 98 when the Pac and Biggie shyt was still fresh and I had to son that bytch Eric Vanderslice... and Kromeleon was prolly the father of fukkery on the boards
