Absolutely they do. I wouldn't let them convince me otherwise. I was talking to a coworker yesterday, and she's got some big ones. But she can't help but have a little bit of cleavage without even trying. I was at her cube talking, and while she was sitting down, I was able to see a good bit, but I kept it low.
