And two state agencies he oversaw, the Department of Environmental Quality and the Department of Health and Human Services , contributed significantly to the problem.

Crucially, Snyder also appointed the emergency managers who signed off on the switch away from Detroit’s water system and the decision to use Flint River water as an interim solution

So a fukking republican cut a bunch of funding that protects water for a majority black county!

You're fighting a liberal battle. Liberals dont like Trump because he doesnt pander to gays/transgenders like Obama did. Corporations dont like Trump because he has threatened to US companies overseas if they dont come back to America while also threatening to send all the cheap labor (illegal immigrants) out of the country. And they get the low level blacks to follow them by saying "racist!!" though as far as I can recall he hasnt said anything racist about blacks since running for office. No, Trump doesnt care about black people. And yes, he is most likely a racist. You know what racists burned down? You know what was a threat? Black wall street... when blacks came together and showed they could make money on their own without any sort of handouts. You know what racists aren't burning down? Ghettos. They love seeing lower income blacks in the ghettos because it will lower property values in the surrounding areas which they can come in and swoop in and buy everything up for cheap later and then push blacks elsewhere. It also gives them a lot of fodder for the prison industrial complex. The last thing we need is government handouts or any dependence on the government.

The key is to make the economic state of the black community completely independent of what party gets in and you negotiate with the two parties and pit them against each other to give you as many concessions as possible.
