A 5 year old can fly alone. There's a lot of potential fukkery in this situation though, I know from personal experience.

Edit: I'm not sure about internationally, but I think the rules still apply, you just have to have someone meet them there and they have to have a note from the "sender" and shyt.

yeah you can, ive seen it numerous times, usually the flight attendant checks on them like every half hour and usually they are the last to leave the plane like a person in a wheelchair

A flight attendant stays with the kids and drops them off to the designated person at the destination.
