most african-Americans/ADOS have softer/watered down features from being mixed with whites at some point. (Most, not all, theres exceptions on both sides)

I can tell when someone is Jamaican 90% of the time I don't know why. Nigerian's do kind of have similar features as well in my opinion. My parents are from smaller islands though and some Indian randomly knew I was West Indian without me saying anything and asked me about Cricket. At my HBCU, nobody knew unless I told them. So I think it all depends.

Sometimes fashion and demeanor gives it up though.

Carribeans, Congolese, liberians and some Nigerians are even harder to tell esp if they were born here. I can spot a Ghanaian from a mile away though lol.

I am Nigerian and I can tell. Remember the average Black American has white and or Native American ancestry so obviously the genetics will tend to show.

Last time I was in NY some breh assumed I was american, same thing happened over here when some american breh tourist asked me for directions.
