Can you tell the difference between the average ADOS and West African person at a glance?

Yep, and I'm dark skinned, too. But, I can usually tell who is and isn't a foreigner most times. I don't know how, but they kind of have a certain look or aura to them I can pin point. Nobody has ever asked me what country me/my patents are from (until they hear my 2 Muslim 1st and middle names)

Some may not believe me when I say it, but Africans/Foreign Black and 1st/2nd gens look and carry themselves a certain way here in America to where you can tell they aren't from here.

I'm from London and you can tell the difference between a West / Central / South African and a West Indian more than 50% of the time but less than 66% imo.

And it's even harder to differentiate between different African groups.

Typically if someone presents themselves as belonging to the West African diaspora in any way - you would accept it. Which is why people are surprised when an Actor is African British but plays an AA role. The differences aren't so pronounced that you would reject how someone is presented.

Biggie Smalls
Meek Mill
DaBaby
Busta Rhymes
Malcolm X
Chamillionaire
OT Genasis
Slick Rick

Without knowing who is AA and who isn't - most would struggle. Especially with dark skin people with afro hair.

Half the people on this list are Carribeans though.

Its harder to tell the difference between them and ADOS outside of most Haitians and Jamaicans
