:patrice: alot of dunks & layups which won't be as easy in the pros. What's his jumper looking like?

Real streaky right now, especially from 3. Mostly likes spot ups, doesn't pull up a ton.

He's going to have to tweak his form, the lower half isn't great.

I remember watching RJ play for the first time two years ago on the same team as my lil bro. The team had RJ come off the bench cuz he was fukking up the youngsters. Game would be close then he'd come in for 5 minutes, spark a 14-4 run or something and then back to the bench to keep the game competitive and not hurt feelings. I was most impressed with his handles in traffic, elite finishing with both hands and MATURITY. The kid doesn't believe his own hype and is a leader by example. Great kid.

He's also a very hard worker. Dedicated work ethic. And he LOVES to drive. He's gonna be good.
