Systematic white supremacy is worldwide. But from my experiences in Montreal, I can't say either way but it's better than Mississippi and most of Georgia.

I haven't really been down to the US much so I can't really say for sure. I will say this, I'm west indian but because I look completely white, white people often feel comfortable to say what they really feel around me. And yes a lot of these people are racist they just keep it too themselves and say the shyt amongst white people and other minorities sometimes.
