Can someone really explain to me what is so bad about the wwe network?

It makes sense financially for the company AND the fans. What is up with all the outrage over it? It sounds like a fantastic deal on paper...you don't even have to pay for PPV. What exactly is the problem and why aren't people buying in?

plus, wwe buried all the quality workers of the past.
plus booked grapplers where a stigma creating a negative reaction to product and grapplers can not be avoided by casuals
