I've also lived in extremely close proximities to major traffic thoroughfares and freeways throughout my entire life for some reason, so I know sucking in these fumes all these years is almost a guarantee that I'll develop it at some point


Hell, I live next door to a gas station right now and we leave the bathroom window open 24/7 and there's always a nasty layer of exhaust soot that I have to wipe off all the surfaces and walls a few times a year

Careful, it can become an expensive habit if you end up liking it haha. That brand is the only one that I've found that I like so for. Not sure if it's because I still wear my covid masks or the kombucha, but I haven't been sick in years. My immune system definitely feels on point though.

I will say though, I basically did a cleanse for a few weeks before my trip and ate nothing but fresh veggies and fruits from the land while I was there and I felt SO good…
