I don't think it's that she's batshyt crazy, it's that she is deliberately pouring gasoline on flames to sow as much chaos and disinformation as possible. When you keep people in a permanent state of psychosis you change how their brain works. You train people to view everything through eyes of resentment or conspiracy. You can test it yourself: take note of how much "content" you run across that features wording similar to this.

Because their minds are too broken for "eat veggies, they're good for you" to resonate. They need to be told "here's what big business doesn't want you to know about vegetables" lol. All while simultaneously using the same framework to convince them not to go to college, and to get them addicted to tobacco. It's straight up brain rot. And the end result is gonna be an army of men who are virtually unemployable besides military/police or physical labor.
