We are getting onsite consumption license so you would need that, at least for SoCal. Some places have been incorporating cbd in coffee shops etc but I think they have been getting busted lately. If you have onsite you can smoke etc while in the spa we just focused on cbd based therapy

depends what your working to do. create a pitch deck, build your cannabis related skills, develop your network, be honorable, read about cannabis daily. what are you local laws, start building a brand and start working on funding which is key especially in a place like cali. anyy states no legal or in the works is a goldmine.

Thanks for the info bro. Im currently looking into building consumption lounges in either Denver, D.C. or Boston but the laws are a lot stricter than California. For example you cant sell any marijuana related consumables,or weed period at the location so one has to get really creative to earn money in other ways in places other than California because as i understand you can sell weed and smoke indoor out there.

My dad is licensed, I just texted him when I saw this to see what kinda license he has. We from Sacramento (I'm currently in Virginia)...
I'm looking to come out and get my licenses, because Virginia and North Carolina are gold mines. Neither is close to rec legalizing, but I want to get certified so that I can get a foot in the door out here. I'm pretty ignorant on the industry outside of illegal sales, so I'm interested in any education you can provide on this. How does the PM work on here?
