it has to do with dns server caching in chrome I think. thats what i read in the solution I found.

using the hyphen address was resulting in the exact error message he posted. i would obviously want to rule that out before attempting further troubleshooting

yeah idk somethin is up with the site. either that or googles DNS shyt. cuz it happened again this time in Internet Explorer.
