That shyt is crazy, you ain't never supposed to shoot through any object like a door, wall, fence, etc. Because you can't clearly identify what's behind it. Cop ain't have no way to resolve that situation though, in a case like that they usually call SWAT. Kids could've been out there behind the fence too.
