Having never played Power Stone before, I am enjoying PS 1 way more than PS 2.

I messed around with a bit and it definitely feels like an early 3D fighter from 1998 lol
The characters are hilarious tho. I was the alien eagle head thing spamming a ridiculous special over and over - I was having a bit of fun with it - but it's definitely on the lower end of this collection

That's not crazy. Power Stone 1 has the better gameplay. Power Stone 2 has almost an isometric Super Smash Bros feel which you either love or hate.

CvS2 being EO version in Casual/Ranked I understand, but PS2 not being 4 player in Casual/Ranked is definitely a choice by Capcom

The lack of ranking tiers for match ups is brutal...I keep getting JoeresioWRECKS on Xbox, apparently he was a top ranked player for years? MF just destroys me....I actually got him down to the last character today but it wasn't really that close. Flawless parrying ...

That's the main reason I copped this shyt because I thought it would be four players online.....I thought I couldn't find it smh.

Roll Cancel removed is the main thing. 90% of the game's strats revolve around RC or beating RC. Projectile zoning basically didn't exist in the game because of it. It really doesn't play like any other SF.
