Y'all don't understand how much this means to me that I'll be able to play Power Stone 1 again after all these years and finally play Power Stone 2

Most likely because Rival Schools engine was based on PS1 Arcade Hardware. Project Justice was NAOMI based (Sega based Arcade).
Looking at it most of the games in this collection would be NAOMI. MT Framework seems to be emulating different engines.

It is, however, I'm speculating, it'll only be the arcade release and not the Dreamcast version. Which was pretty much content complete and had extras..
Hopefully they'll have dipswitches.
