And it seems like they're making this a Hulk movie instead of a Captain America film and Sam is getting sidelined in his own movie

Marvel/Disney wants this movie to appeal to a broader audience, so they're bringing in other characters from the universe. Plus, many people weren't feeling the topics and the situations in the Falcon and The Winter Soldier series. The studio will try to separate that, this time with the mainstream film.

I'll be there day one. Falcon and The Winter Soldier was the best MCU Disney Plus show and one of the few good things from Phase 4.
