How do you guys feel about a young man driving a 2012 passat?
I plan on trading my ride for this

I have talked to the dealer and everything but I'm starting to get cold feet.
it's used with 15K miles on it. Between 18-20gs

I keep hearing it's an old mans car??

Its nice to me Dont worry about what we think, get it if you like it and can afford it too many people try to keep up with the joneses just to create that image to impress other...car is a nice car, much better than the american cars in its class

Not to mention savings, investing, the child he has on the way... etc...

My advice to OP, just wait a while. BMW isn't going anywhere. Wait till your kid is in high-school or the like and then go big on a car.

the class of 2013+ will littered with brides who majored in art history,dance, drama etc, yet took out a 50k+ loan in undergad, to go to some no name school.

I dont see the problem. My wife has a 2013 jetta which is smaller than the passat, and I don't feel the few times I drove it.

only thing I dont like is that u are looking at a black car. yeah black is piff, but, it's a bytch to keep clean. I'll never get a black car again.

btw, when it comes to VW's I prefer the CC most.

I was going for the CC's which around the same price but that sh!t is too small.

I took this bad boy for a test drive and it looks big when you are driving and "heavy". Don't even have to turn the wheel much to keep it going

I will still give myself a couple of weeks before I make a move.
