How am I going to take my car to your dealership. your mechanics try to work on your car and break something in it bc they put too much force. now they are calling me saying they broke it and its going to cost 2K to replace it. I told them im not paying for it and now they are saying they will go half on it. :dead:

Whenever you get news like that you should promptly end the call.

Always say "hold on, I'm at work" or "I'm in the middle of something let me call you back in 5 minutes"

Record the call or the call back and start with "what happened?"

You need to get their admission. Business bureau and insurance, even a judge is going to side with the business. If you get their admission and explanation, it's a wrap.

**That's usually why mechanics/contractors don't break news over the phone but in person. If something gets broken, damaged, replaced usually they have to consult with you to talk about repairs, replacements, parts, material. That's not necessarily an over the phone conversation but in person as they point out what's wrong, etc.

When that happens go to the GM and tell him if they don't fix it at no cost to you, you will make a complaint with the BBB and write a negative review.

They bent the tire rod. And they told me if they cover it they will not service my car again. I told them thats fine
That's shady as fukk. I would make sure to have my car inspected by someone else once they are done with it. No telling what type of BS they might do to your car.
