Bourbon on NYE NOT a black event. People come from EVERYWHERE to be down there mainly white folks. They are the one that LOVE bourbon. Its stinks trash everywhere and usually some type of fukkery happens on that strip. We (black folk) prefer Frenchman over the quarter
