I know there is part shortages for vehicles and has been for sometime but I highly doubt nikkas are actually involved in it like that because most of the cars recovered are found vandalized, burned, or just in bad condition on the side of the road.
The car part shortages is impacting the whole used car markets and auto repair business nationally.
Unless these nikkas are genius and they stealing chips out the computers
