Bruh my only point was the GS was redundant and had low sales, which was why they scrapped it. You said a whole lot of nothing just to verify what I said. They’re not making another car like the GS they are just updating the ES. Yeah it will be a different platform, but it’s still an ES at the end of the day. You could’ve just agreed and said they were going to update the ES. You’re playing semantics here wasting my time lol I’ve owned every common brand of car new and second hand I know the whole lease/own info I actually use it in my pitch when selling a Lexus. Anecdotal, but I always received more compliments in my German cars. But yeah this whole convo was pointless and I learned nothing from it. Comon man arguing just argue at this point.Nah breh, you misunderstand what I mean. Lexus is going to try and make the next ES more dynamic and feature oriented like the GS was. The ES stretch was an attempt to retain GS buyers, because there's nothing in their lineup that actually matches up with that car. If they really wanted to make a GS again, they should shrink down the LS, and not stretch the ES. The ES will probably be offered in a lot of different trim levels and hybrid configurations, anything more than that I can't say at this time.
Also: Prestige in a brand is relative; most people buying the cars new don't pay for maintenance during the lease term anyway because it's covered by the manufacturer. The main difference between the Germans and Lexus is this: most people lease German cars, most people buy Lexus if they want a luxury car long term. We won't go there about Cadillac (v-series not withstanding) or Lincoln because those two brands are COOKED.

Cool story bro they’re still not bringing back the GS. Go pay a hooker if you want some attention and stop wasting my time. Said a whole lot of nothing just to verify that they ain’t bringing it back, which was all I was saying. Parents, please give your kids attention or else they’ll be like this dummy looking for it online wasting peoples time. Ol’ “Well actuallySo you also know since you're in sales, that most buyers who wanted to buy another GS didn't actually switch to an ES, but a LOT of them switched to a CT5/CTS before they ditched the V6/TTV6. A small percentage went German (about 10%). Close to 45% went to the model I listed above. 2.5% went to an LS, others went to a GX/RX, etc.
I thought it was infinity. Ain’t had a car in 10 years so IDKYeah, everyone wants a Lexus in NY. I have a Toyota, and my next car will probably be a Lexus.
