To be fair, I don't think it's that simple. Especially in a situation where Cardi B was married to Offset. It's not like they had a one night stand, they had a very deep investment into one another.

I don't know too much about Cardi, but I've met some women who are grossed out at the idea of having sex with more than 1 man in a certain period of time.

Some women love a lot of sex, but just with one person if that makes sense. She probably doesn't want to go through a deep vetting, dating, mating process to get her rocks off. The mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual implications of the deep bond those two had can't be undermined.
