This is most likely coming from her just finding out that Offset been messing around with Cuban Doll. Her friend just exposed their messages where he was trying to have a 3some with another girl and there was pics of together them on FaceTime.
I'm sure Offset cheats on Cardi all the time but the fact that Cuban got a lil bit of notoriety probably made this the straw the broke the camels back.
