I'm going to look into getting an indoor bike. Not really anywhere to go biking around here.

There was a soccer player that never trained for about 3 seasons due to a terrible knee. He got in all his cardio from swimming. Then turned up for match day.

Had to retire anyway in his late 20's.

I really need to learn how to swim too. Was going to earlier in the summer but was always on the road for work. I've gotten back and started running but I know it's only a certain amount of time before my knee starts acting up again.
