So in case some of you aint know, i been kinda depressed lately, for the last couple of days tho i been feeling amazing with something as simple as cardio and drinking plenty of water

Waking up early and doing cardio
Stopped smoking weed

Havent been able to stop smiling brehs

I feel so good, and i dont know why or if its placebo but deadass my meat is looking bigger after doing cardio

I just got back in the gym too Op.. I havent smoked weed in the past two days and i feel the good as shyt too.. I need to do cardio though im gonna buy a jump rope and just start running starting 2morrow....

But that weed, eating bad, and sitting round all day have u feeling like shyt..

Consistency is key

I am for the most part a nightly weed smoker, i had a lifelong habit of smoking weed relaxing for a few hours before bed and fappin

I feel so much better when i dont smoke during the day but i do miss it at night

At 31 years old im getting too old to be living like that so im trying to stay strong with no weed and no fap

I dont mind if i smoke weed one night on the weekend but when i have it i always fall for the temptation :snoop:

Same here. Its warming up outside too.

My routine is:
Long 30 minute run Monday mornings.
Sprints Wednesday mornings.
Run a mile as fast as possible Friday morning.
50 push ups and sit ups every morning to keep the core and chest tight.
Close to a gallon of water a day.

Simple things that keep you living healthy.

Morning workouts are he best pick-me-up available and most people are too fukking lazy to take advantage of it. The energy boost, the weight loss, etc.
