Might be going for his 2nd Coach Of The Year Award....The man's only been a head coach for 3 years

Prior to Arians, the Cardinals only had 1 double digit winning season in like the last 40 years.
He just hit em with back to back double digit winning seasons in what some would call the toughest division in football
