Yes - the program is pretty inexpensive and it is relatively easy to find jobs after you get the CDL. The biggest issue will be whether you'll be doing local or long hauls.

Love
At least offer up some methods, B :stopitslime:
  • College isn't for everyone, period. I hate when moos who aren't built for it, go there and fail, then go around telling people it's not worth it don't go. Do what's right for you
  • I don't see how strippers can be happy but oh well. And how long can you be a stripper? 8 years max?
  • CDL? If you love too travel, then sure. Good pay, travel and the perks of it. But it can be a miserable lifetyle from what i hear.
  • The military should be very high on some of you guy's lists. Some of you mofos need the discipline your parents failed to pass onto you. It can also teach you to appreciate freedom. 3 months in boot camp and another 4 in AIT made me appreciate the small things about freedom such as waking up when the fukk i want and going to lunch when the fukk i want. Too many of you clones out there throwing your freedom away for nothing. Then blame the white man

Loans? And if you are too lazy, then get the CDL don't waste the loan

Well, I wouldnt say lazy, but it is a tough program and a long program, and expensive, which is why I didnt do it when I first graduated high school. Its a big commitment and an expensive one

sure, theres shyt I'm passionate about, but nothing that could be a career. when it comes to a job, I'm looking for something I can tolerate and makes a good wage. I can save the passion for a hobby, a job is all about that paper

Out here in my damn drawls
I got my CDL real quick over the summer break and used my father's truck to take the test. I seriously look at driving an alternative after I finish off college this year. Single, no kids, and I like being on the road :win:

Honestly, I want to grab a few endorsements and take my black ass to North Dakota and get on a frack crew and stack. A neighbor went up there for a year and some change and was :eat: , but the cold kicked his southern ass back down here :heh:. He made good bread, but said having a CDL would have been sweet, too. He has a dedicated run now, is home every night and pulls in a good salary

There's always good trucking jobs, but trucking is what you make it. I want to get in the business aspect of it after learning hands on in the industry if I choose to go that route instead of my major
