Manu has never had to be a number 1 option and he was barely a number #2 option in his prime

Pretty sure he's only averaged 20 ppg once in his career

Melo was a far more dynamic and impactful player in his prime. He's going to finish top 10 all time scoring with close to 30K points (this is looking kinda shaky now though :francis:) and he carried those Nuggets team for almost a decade straight. Granted he ain't win shyt but he was a top 10-15 player most of his career. Something Manu has never been
