What do they do to overcome that, assuming they want these men? That's the problem. If I tell some women to be the ones to approach a dude instead of waiting for him to do all the work, they'll be appalled at the idea.

Lol there's nothing they can do. I think it would have to be the guy looking for that type of woman. The issue is the build-a-thot types are super aggressive and put themselves in the spaces to be noticed and are quick to go up to these dudes.
