I only ever seen this dude in the early seasons of Nick Cannon's Wild n Out and he wasn't even a top 5 comedian on that show.

like a few said in the thread already, i dont think he was saying the role was for baby boy itself, but he was saying baby boy the movie, as a nod to tyrese without saying his name directly. same way he said 'boyz in the hood' when referring to the basketball games.

that being said, if you look at Tyrese's IMDB, theres not many roles in there that i feel like he would have to compete with that Spanky dude for, due to
1. age difference
2. the fact that spanky seems to be a d-list celeb at best. hes not getting auditions for Transformers or Fast and Furious, unless his agent is Ari Gold or Jesus Christ.

(edit: maybe Leigon, at most, which had a 26 mil budget, black nativity, or waist deep. i feel like anything else from his IMDB had a respectable cast/budget combination which would leave Spanky out of the casting question altogether)

That'd mean whatever movie they were talking about maybe never got made, which happens a lot in the biz too.

i dunno who's bluffing here, but its all entertaining. its a terrible look for spanky no dout, cuz that video is so bootleg.
