I can't lie, he made a good decision to trade Tyson. He was a locker room issue. The Lowry no trade, Melo's NTC and the Shump/Smith trade was the ones that was ugly. Not to mention trading for Rose and signing Noah.

They wanted Shump and next years Draft pick...... Give him credit he refuses to trade draft picks.

They had a deal for Shump to go to the Thunder but Shump pulled a muscle the day before it went down and it fell through
