The Zach/Marc/Melo frontcourt defensively:hhh::picard:

Pairing a black hole in Z-bo with another one smh

Keep JaM for defense. Parsons can :camby:
:jbhmm:
Still not sure if you answered if keeping Parsons for an extra contract year is better than having Melo

:ld:
I'm fine with Melo coming in and taking shots from guys like Harrison, Ennis, TA, Zbo.

:martin:
JaM avg. the same amount of blocks and steals as 75 year old Vince Carter when did he become a defensive dynamo?

:manny:
Somebody is gonna have to play SF for the Grizz since Parsons is more concerned with partying and dating high profile chicks send him to a high profile market...

Aren't ppl on here saying Melo is finished though. Aren't ppl saying Melo is physically incapable and hes washed? Soooo isnt this the same comparison? Also, Melo didnt have nowhere NEAR the supporting cast Pat ever had. Give melo the same 90s Knicks squad they would be either better or equal.

:pachaha::pachaha:You trolling right? No way you serious writing this shyt. Yeah John Starks was so much better than anyone Carmelo has played with as a Knick.

Don't do that. Starks was an all-star & 6th man of the year as a Knick. Don't act like he was trash.

I did not imply he was trash, but he was not on the level of Tyson Chandler, STAT, and he wasn't substantially better than several players Fat Iverson has played with. The idea that Melo could consistently win with the talent level of the 90's Knicks as he entered his 30's is ridiculous, it requires understating the drastic gap in talent between Patrick Ewing and Fat Iverson.

he shouldve gone to houston
He had he things wouldn't be this way. He'd be happy & not getting ejected, getting ready for the all star game and the second half of the season. But now he's like :manny: I'm just showing up. But, he didn't. I bet he's looking back regretting it

i kind of hope this happens but im not sure how much it benefits either team.

clippers should basically just start playing the rockets if that happens because they definitely wont be able to stop anyone.

griffin and porzingis doesnt really fit unless you move kristaps to the 5 but hes not ready for that

boston seems like a good move if they can keep bradley.

cavs would have to give up love and i think they would really miss his rebounding.

Griffin playing inside, Knicks could play 4 out 1 in with Porzingis at the 5. He doesn't have to worry about Jordan clogging the paint so he can just go out there and attack the rim. Clips would finally be able to play small ball like the rest of the league also.

Works for both teams but it's not realistically happening.

I'm not talking him taking money because Phil himself wanted melo here Phil himself used the loyalty angle to get him to stay

When your old they always trade you for picks but have the team did what they was supposed to do by putting a good team around you?

You as a player supposed to stay and win no matter how bad the franchise is and that's why I say think about yourself

This is completely wrong, Phil never wanted to resign Melo to begin with. He said so as much in damn near every interview he gave prior to that off-season. Phil's hand was forced by Dolan.
