African Ancestry will do both of those, as specific as a certain peoples in the current country. It depends on whether you pick the matrilineal (mom's side) or patrilineal (pop's) because these can have different results. Of the two people (Black americans) I have seen that got it, one woman was able to trace herself back to Mande people in Sierra Leone. Another man had his matrilineal DNA show up as 100% Native American. They said this happens in about 8% of cases. The science on it seems kinda scary, you see yourself as an ardent "militant" or whatever, come to find out based on the white mans science (performed by black people), shows at least on your mom's side, something very different.
