My point is that I challenge you to name the businesses in which Nas own any share of. The guy has been in the rap game since 93-94, what business does he own? Dude living off advance and show money like a rapper that just got a deal does.

It's great that you could bring all of Jay-Z's accomplishments into account and putting it into your mental time capsule for you to relish over like an obsessed fan.

But I have a few questions for you: (1) Do you have any proof that Nas doesn't own any businesses? (2) Why do you clowns think artists owning business = success to the eyes of the uninitiated? It's not like Jay came up with the business proposals HIMSELF, he has help. Plus you know how hard it is to maintain businesses? Smoke and mirrors.

(3) Jay and Nas are on two different planes in this culture but both are great artists...why can't you accept that?

Because he doesn't need to do any of that to make his money grow. Nas isn't an attention whore like Jay-Z, he don't need that "spotlight" hey look at me shyt..
:what:Yet in his rhymes he does all that big willy talk. The same nikka that said he's about to have his own Ascap and Nasdaq? His rhymes doesn't reflect the reality of your statement. In his raps he wants to be a don like Jay, in actuality he's a worker. It's like Boardwalk Empire's episode from last sunday, There's the king and there's the servant. Nas complaining about Def Jam shows you which one he is.

firstly nas always just wanted to rap. sure he wanted to make money from rap, but his passion is rap. dude is a student of this shyt. he initially didn't want to be CEO or any of that. what's wrong with being an artist. dude's think jay z model is the only model of doing things. to each his own, i guess. nas did it his own way and is a millionaire, living comfortably.

Nas had the same help Jay had (Steve Stoute) Stoute just rode with Jay because he was smarter and wanted to take advantages of shyt that was available. Nas didn't want to start doing ventures until the judge gave Kelis that alimony and child support. I challenge any Nas stan to disagree with any of this.

First you chastise him for not owning anything, then when I tell you what he owns you chastise him for not owning more. Do you want to move the goal post back some more? Well if all he owned was GU that would be enough. But no, that's not all he owns. (check the post above)
How did I chastise him? 20 years in the game and you named 2 bullshyt clothing lines I've never seen anyone wear before. I don't have to say anything after that.

Exactly the point. These Jayhova Witnesses are desperately trying to dream and live through Jay's life like a thirsty foster child.

This is how I know you don't know what the fukk you're talking about. I didn't mention anything about clothing lines playa. And I'm tired of mentioning what this nikka has invested in.

Jay's a worker as well (the Jews own his ass). Don't believe the overhype.

You're the 1 that engaged me into a debate about Nas' business acumen and judge of character in which he sucks at both.

What debate? This conversation should have ended when I told you what businesses he owned. You then proceeded to move the goal post, and on top of that make false statements.
